Stay away, terrible work, service and communication. had an epoxy floor done with them, they laid down one coat and rushed the job. have bubbles and imperfections. they left my garage open to help it dry, but didnt block it - have bugs and leaves enter my garage and stuck to the epoxy. will have to get it redone. communication wasnt very good on the work either. ****, the owner?, mentioned they will lay down a top coat. but his installed didnt show up with one.

We hired *** and his team for our fencing job and were eager to hire them for a bunch of other jobs we had at our newly purchased home in ******* metro. At the point of sale *** was responsive, quick to schedule and communicative. Unfortunately, the moment we presented issues we had with the work that changed. We were undergoing a buildout of our ground floor and had other contractors and a structural engineer on site. Without us knowing, they checked out the fence as a courtesy and came back with some ??. Not being from the area and not being DIYers we were unaware of some pretty big areas of concern; The wood used for the fence was incorrect for our design (horizontal fences require thicker wood), support beams were not properly installed, fence posts not properly secured, gate entry not provided enough clearance and chain link side being secured by bent nails, not anchors or proper installation. As a small business owner I am an empathetic champion for all others and want them to succeed. On Aug. 17th brought the issues to *** (sending videos and pics) and asked for them to be fixed or funds returned so that we could have another company properly repair. On Aug. 18th we spoke on the phone and he said he arrive in 2 hours to inspect. He didnt show and denied reimbursement but guaranteed a complete fix. On Aug. 20th he said he would come out on the 22nd or 23rd. On the 23rd, after we contacted him, he said it would be the 24th or 25th. He no-showed. On the 26th we checked-in again asking when he would come out. He responded saying he would fix the problem completely as well as provide a courtesy job for the inconvenience and it would be completed within 10 days. Today is day 10. He has not reached out. This wasnt just a poor customer service, thatd be one thing. This wasnt just a small error that could be fixed by a handyman or ******* video. This cost us thousands of dollars and safety.
