I was charged $80 for water and sewer for the month of february. My lease ended on march 14th and my final bill shows that I owe over $100 in water and sewer for less than half a month. I moved my furniture out on March 6th therefore not living there on a daily basis. The is extortion. I paid a deposit for my gate remote and did not get that back. This is wrongBusiness response

The complaint references over charging for a water bill and not receiving a deposit back for a gate remote. All of our residents are billed in arrears for water. The first 1 to 2 months, residents dont pay for the water and they catch up by paying those 2 months when they move out. This person was charged correctly for their water bill. Additionally, we charge an one time fee for gate remotes, not a deposit. I have reviewed the account for this person and found all charges to be correct.
Please let me know if anything else is needed from ** to properly respond to and dispute this claim.
