I ordered a clearance item that was in stock. My item was showing processing for over a week. Going Gear canceled my order and then reposted the clearance item at its original price. I tried reaching out to the company several times and no one answered the phone.Initial Complaint

I have inquired about my order #***** paid for on December 22, 2021 that I have not received. I've tried reaching out via ******** messenger, via email several times, their website contact form several times and Instagram DM several times. I have done this over the last week or so with zero response. I even called their phone number and it goes straight to a voice mail that isn't set up. I would like the product I paid for or a full refund. I'm not the only person experiencing this right now.Customer response

Hello, the company Going Gear finally sent my order, so no further complaints here. They just never communicated having issues or acknowledged my trying to reach out via different avenues. They did fulfill my order though.
