If I could give a zero, this is what this company would receive. I signed up last year for her lifetime training course on how to obtain information on how to get business credit on ********* The lifetime membership training it was supposed to have been $1491.00 and I was charged $2485.00 on my credit card. When I received emails that invite me to sign up for her free program. I replied and informed ****'s, I already signed up for her training and i inquired about my training class at that time. I was very disappointed when **** informed me that I wasn't a member of her lifetime program. I contacted my credit card company and tried to dispute the charges and it was investigated and since my signature was on the contract the charges was put back on my credit card. I has never received any training materials least on a lifetime training membership. This company is a scam, I ripped out of $2485.00 of my hard working money, and ****'s had no remorse of taking advantage of a senior citizen that lives on a fixed-income. **** was very nasty and very disrespectful to me. I pray no one else experience the pain I received from this business.

I purchased an ebook from Datona Solutions on Thanksgiving to see what information the company was providing to its customer. They were selling the ebook at a discount and since I really didnt need it, the discounted price lured me in. After completing my purchase, I received an automated response stating the ebook would be emailed to me and if I didnt receive the book in 30 minutes to send an email. Once an hour passed, I sent an email with the assumption that I wouldnt hear back until more than likely Monday, as it was a holiday. To my surprise, two hours later, the company sent me an email with the link. Unfortunately, the link didnt work, so I replied to the email just that and was told that theyd check the email entered tomorrow. So today being the next day, I sent an email inquiry. In turn, I received the following response: Good morning No not yet, I'm just waking up ? My team is off until Monday. I'll email once I check. Please be patient it's the holiday. After this response, I informed the company that I was being patient, and at this juncture, I would prefer a refund because the customer service was poor. I was surprised when I received the following response: I would definitely refund you your $27. I was nice enough to email you back on Thanksgiving when it's is a job of my assistant that I gave off until Monday. But I know how my ppl act when we don't respond fast. As in the business world you have 48 business hours to respond. Please don't attend my website!! See I don't need you Money but you need my information Enjoy your holiday!! I wrote back confirming the refund total would be $97 and thanked the company. I then received a screenshot of my full name and the last four of my credit card with no message attached, confirming the refund was issued. Rather unsettling and very unprofessional. I stopped responding, as I didnt want the company to retaliate against me, but I felt it necessary to document my experience.
