Transaction Reference #********* Store Order ID: ******* Store Location Number: ***** Order Number: 850 Store did not issue my refund. I placed an online order at little Caesar pizza website this evening to pick up a snack for my children. I drove to the store to pick up my order. There were two young people in the store, and I was told they do not have any Little Caesars pizza puff until tomorrow. I asked for my refund and they rudely told me they cannot give me any refund and I should call whatever number online. I should go and check where I placed the order online and contact that number. I am contacting you as the store did not issue my refund. I am unable to reach anyone at the customer service number. I will be filing a dispute with my bank, in addition to taking further steps. This is very unprofessional, inconvenient, and extreme horrible service. This goes beyond a dollar value. Im paying for a product and service that I did not receive.
