Plumber was called on 11/8/21, my complaint was kitchen sink was draining slowly, and poor hot water pressure. Plumber showed up later that day, he informed me that he was at his doctor's off, then after that he had one call to make, then he would stop by my home. Their was blockage in kitchen drain, which was removed. He repaired tubular drain under sink, which was previously installed incorrectly. He removed debris out of faucet. He was at my house for approximately 1 hour I was charged $296.80. On week later on 11/15/21 the water in same kitchen sink had lost the pressure once again. Plumber was called and, then he suggested that it was the water tank that needed to be drained (sediments in the tank). He would not be able to check this out for us, because he has a bad back, and the tank is up in the attic. I got heated when he made that comment. I am now left with a half completed job.
