      I went to Pinstrikes on June 16, 2022, at approximately 7:48 pm. I had previously purchased 2 game cards for my children the week before so we went to use them. After getting done playing, (didnt take long because most of the games are broken) we decided to leave at approximately 8:30 pm. This was not even after 45 minutes of being there. Unfortunately, I had laid my keys on one of the games and began to frantically search. I immediately went to the manager to ask for help or to see if she could pull the cameras and see if someone or their child had mistakenly picked them up. She refused. She didnt want to help me in anyway. I called the local police after being stuck there with no assistance at 9:45 pm, unaware that they closed at 10. She asked me to step out because she has to count money at approximately 9:58 pm. I advised her I had called the non emergency police to file a report and have the cameras pulled so they should be arriving shortly. She said okay and closed the door at 10:00 pm. The manager then walks out at 10:04 pm with the entire staff. She didnt count money and didnt even try to help. This is unacceptable as a patron. I feel Pinstrikes should reimburse my lock out I had to pay for as me and my kids stood in the dark when she turned out the lights. I now have to also replace keys when all she had to do was review the tapes. This is sad and unprofessional.

      As of July 21, 2022 we have no footage of this incident. The complaint that was filed on June 16, ***************************************************************************** the game room and around the center up until close of business. The customer was yelling at the staff and accusing other customers of taking her keys.  The manager on duty doesn't have access to pull camera footage. A Police Officer and The General Manager must be present to pull camera footage. The customer never complained about the games to our staff. The manager apologized and told the customer if the keys were found they would be placed in our lost and found box. The next day on June 17, 2022 the customer sister called and asked if the keys were found. The keys were never found and the customer haven't reached back out to look for them.
