I ordered 3 bottles of oils from this company on line. The package arrived damaged and was completely soaked in oil. I have ordered from Skylara for years and had no problems. I attempted to contact them the only way possible via email and have received no response after many attempts. This company sells on ********** and have a site: Skylaraessentials.com. They are obviously ignoring my complaint. They owe me $49.09 and I want it refunded. The damaged package is being returned. I have attached a copy of the receipt which is marked refused to my emails so they can see the tracking number and know the items are being returned. I would also like to be compensated for the time wasted trying to get them to respond to my complaint about them sending me a poorly packaged damaged items.My PO Box is: ****. Your system would not allow me to make the correction and continue filing the complaint.Business response

This customer was email today 12/5/2022 after receiving the BBB email. I have never received an email from ************************ as I have shown in my email search from present day to 2016 which is the beginning year of the company. Below is the email that I sent to the customer today after receiving her damaged package and being made aware that she was in need of contacting. I wrap all my items in bubble wrap and I **** each package with large FRAGILE labels. Sometimes **** does not take caution with items and as a result I offer full reimbursement of the purchase or replacement packages sent without any additional cost to the customer. I have fully refunded this customer for the purchase and shipping costs

I am contacting you from Skylara Essentials. **** delivered your damage package to us today (pictures attached). The photos show the damaged package and the **** label that was dated November 29, 2022 when I assume that is when **** processed it to ship back to me.
I also received a complaint from the Better Business Bureau about your package. I do apologize, I never received any email from you. After reading the complaint I even did an email history search (also attached) for every email since 2016 containing the name ****** and other that the order confirmations there is no email containing your name. I am very sorry that you felt ignored, especially being a valued return customer.
A full refund plus the shipping has already been issued to you for this purchase. I will be shipping you a replacement order free of charge for your inconvenience.
