Ever since i moved into the apartment there was issues with broken closet doors, dusty air vents and excessive amounts of bugs such as roaches and wasps and fly’s coming in and out the apartment through the vents. Recently new neighbors have moved in upstairs and every second of the day I can hear their footsteps, the water running when they take a shower, everytime they turn on the tv. Everything they do I’m able to hear. Im woken up to their footsteps every night and morning i have a 4 month old child and never can stay asleep because she constantly hearing them walk on the wall. I told the manger about it and she completely disregard the situation. I have asked to switch apt units and was told I would have to wait until one became available. I just can’t take it anymore. I have a right to quiet enjoyment of my property. They didn’t even offer to bring down the rent in the meantime. I just want my money/deposit back and to get out of this lease with no penalty and go about my business
