My insurance referred me to them for pain management and I was told that they lost their business license because the previous owner died. I tried calling in 4 times over the next few weeks trying to see if they were able to get their business license back so that I could make an appointment. The last time I called I was yelled at and rudely spoken to by the woman claiming to be the manager. She refused to give me the doctor's ******* information or the CEOs information and hung up on me. I have every phone call that I've ever made to the business recorded yet she stated that I've been rude to her on every call. I have them clearly recorded and have never been rude. This is the only pain management doctor within a 4 hour range that my insurance will approve and she is refusing tomake me an appt because she doesn't like the fact that I've called in more than once to try to make an appointment. This is highly unethicand I can provide proof that I've never been rude to her on any phone call. I want for the business owner or CEO to ******* me regarding the way that she handles patients and the way that she thinks is appropriate to talk to them.
