      I purchased a handbag purse and shoes from Yona's Specialty Boutique (YSB) and specifically ask for size 8.5 and they sent me a size 10. I contacted the seller and informed the proprietor of this. I was told to send it back, but I will have to pay the shipping which I don't think it's equitable since it wasn't my mistake. He said his boutique doesn't have return labels so I would have to pay shipping again. I paid to have the items shipped to me and and now have to pay to return the item. This is very disconcerting.the correct size.

      I have been in constant communication with ***** since she originally messaged me about the issue. I immediately responded to her and let her know we would get her shoe exchanged for the correct size. I spoke with my vendor to confirm correct size and I have attached documentation. Regarding the shipping cost, we do not currently have return labels and small business I let her know we would cover shipping cost to send her back the correct size. If it was that important to her that she should not be responsible for shipping cost $9.99 I would have just covered shipping cost both ways. I wish she would have given me a chance before contacting you all over $10 very unnecessary in my opinion. We will do everything to get this issue resolved in a timely matter our products come from overseas but we have confirmed and have ***** correct shoe size 39 on hold now. Shipment will leave out headed to *** in the next 5 to 7 business days. Once it arrives we will send tracking info immediately just like we did intially. We do not wish to do business with customer going forward once matter is resolved. For the record, never had a complaint about my business we pride ourselves in good business and customer satisfaction!  Please let us know if any other documentation is needed going forward. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I reject his response  because  the issue is that the business  in question refuse to pay shipping to return  the product. It is the business  mistake in sending the wrong size that was clearly  indicated as I put in the order  I don't  feel that I should pay for their  mistake . I feel that their customers  service doesn't  support  the buyer . Only the seller. I believe  he feels as  that he should only pay for the shipping   it back , but  not pay both ways since he made the mistake in size . I paid shipping  to recieve the item and he wants me to pay shipping   to send it back.  Not my fault he sent the wrong  size . I paid $ ***** to have it shipped  which is normal. I paid $ ***** to send back the wrong size that the business  sent. The business  only wants to pay  $9.99 to ship it back to me again.  I don't  think it is equitable  ( not Fair)that I have to pay  for their mistake. That is no way to treat  a customer the patronized  his. Is business. I feel that he doesn't  want to honor his mistake and  that I should  pay for it.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I would like for Yonas Boutique to pay $9.99 for the return shipping it was not my fault that the wrong size was sent.  I shouldn't have to pay, good customer service requires taken care of your customer.  He never saidd he would pay to have it return to him. If that was the case we wouldn't be in this situation.  Please return my shipping cost of $9.99 and  our mutual understanding is we will not deal with each other again.

      The exchange has been completed and that was the only thing agreed upon. We shipped product to customers Feb 23rd 2024 and **** delivered successfully on Feb 26th 2024. We have attached documentation for this transaction. This will be our last response to this matter going forward. Thanks

      I am rejecting this response for a number of reasons, I have never agreed with the seller. (Yonas Specialty Boutique) He has supplied you with false statements. I have always and still in opposition to the fact, the wrong size was sent to me by the seller. I was told by the seller I would have to pay to send the item back to the seller, it was their mistake. I spoke to him about this. This is not fair, I stated it then and still stating it. That is the reason why we have this ongoing discussion. I never agreed to this. You can see from the attitude in his conversation, that is no way to treat a customer. He stated he didn't have a return label to send me. I didn't have one either but I had no choice but to purchased one for $10 to send it back. I will furnish dialog to support conversations I have had with Yonas Boutique concerning this. His attitude toward customer service says alot about his business.This not equitable.
