I have been trying to resolve and issue with idp properties since November 7th. I signed my lease on November 7th, gave a money order of $150.00, I was then walked to my apartment but noticed I was been walked up to the 3rd level, I then stated I can not do stairs due to my Rheumatoid arthritis. The office manager said I didn't put any disabilities on my application, which I did not, but it does state my income is SSDI, but i also did not have the opportunity to do a tour of the apartment until after I signed the lease. I have been trying to terminate lease because of my health. My Doctor has written a letter on November 11th, the office manager refused to even look at it, on March 14th she made a copy of it. My complaint is that I would like to terminate my lease without any penalties or future issues when applying for another apartment.
