I moved in September and its now DECEMBER 24th I am HOMELESS during the holidays because EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE HAS BEEN DAMAGED!!! And the house is infested with mold and mildew!! Its Due to their neglect!!!Now when you put a ticket in they do respond QUICK! They just do not actually fix the problem!! Permit was never pulled ,they never inspected the place before I moved in. House has SEVERAL leaks which cause my house to get infested with mold and mildew!! Termites is chewing away all the wood!!!Its so much more I wont even put in this post!! Everything damaged from my kids belongings to my belongings!My furniture,clothes,shoes,kids toys,new Christmas gifts EVERYTHING!!!! And they are willing to move me ONLY if I sign a contract saying I wouldnt *** them!! I wish I would have listened to these reviews!!! Me and my kids wouldnt have to go through this!!! But my lawyer will handle this! As well as this story will air next week! I reached out to the news so that it could be a stop put to this !!! They have done this to several people and thanks to ****** reviews I was able to find several tenants this had happened to and there is a group on ********** DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE !THANKS TO THEM ME AND MY KIDS ARE SPENDING CHRISTMAS IN A HOTEL ROOM!!!! I have been very patient but when my kids are crying they want to go home and I have to tell them they dont have one,enough is enough!!! Please save your self and family the headache read through ALL THESE REVIEWS!!! And join wellington rowell properties victims on ******** and SEE WHY YOU SHOULD NOT RENT FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!!!!

The tenant has been offered to move into another unit, security deposit and December rent returned, all of her furniture to be cleaned, fans in the house to remove moisture and has refused all options. The house does not have termites, the tenant refuses to turn on the air conditioning unit causing ****** and is trying to extort $10,000 out of our Company. She has chosen not to move into another residence and anyone living in the conditions she alleges would have moved weeks ago when it was offered. Her claims are false and should not be posted.Review from Kenya L

If I could. Give a 0 I would the two older lady are so rude and talked me like I was nothing and wasting her when I asked a question about appointment .! Very unprofessional dont know how to talk to peopleWellington-Rowell Properties LLC Response
