On December 1st 2021, my house got broken into. When contacting the real estate office they told us to contact the renters insurance so the could file a claim for the damage done, that is not what renters insurance is for. After that incident and the doors not being fixed until the week of December 20th I turned in my 30 day notice of lease termination due to the break in and mold being all through out the house and issues still not being resolved since we first moved in on June 14th 2021. I later got very nasty emails from the real estate office and when I replied on December 27th, 2021 I yet have gotten a response and none of these issues have been taken care of. I have tried calling, emailing and even going up to the office and the owner will not respond or meet with me.

      Subject: id ********

      ******,

****** signed a lease jointly and undivided with 2 other roommates, in order to be removed from the obligations from the lease, the other two tenants must either terminate as well, or agree to assume the vacating tenants lease obligation.  We have spoken with ****** and roommates. Roommates state that ****** is not occupying the home, she has been staying with her boyfriend and started asking to be released from the lease long before the month of December. ****** has been instructed that the landlord has no problem releasing her from the lease her roommates are willing to sign the release form. ******s roommates refuse to sign the release form.  She has been told over and over how to get out of her lease so she can move forward.

As you can see in the attached invoice from our 3rd party vendor the door that was broken into was secured on the day of the break in, and materials had to be ordered to complete the repair and the repair was completed over multiple visits  from  12/13 – 12/22. Speaking with ******’s roommates we were informed that she wouldn’t know when repairs were completed because she hasn’t been living in the house.

Although I can not locate the email response from me to **** ****** I have located and attatched her response back to me on the 28th of December.

**** ****** staments are inaccurate and misleading.

      Thank You,
