Cherokee was provided contract work by ****** to deconstruct my wall to inspect for a warranty issue. On the repair work to replace the wall that Cherokee deconstructed , Cherokee sent in two new and inexperienced workers to do the drywall work and in doing so, they completely destroyed my wall and the existing drywall that was not part of the repair. Cherokee refused to fix my wall at the time it occurred or send out someone to evaluate and fix the damage caused by their workers when it happened . Beazer scheduled Cherokee to come out the next day to fix the wall, and Cherokee only sent a worker to mud and paint over the damaged work, stating thats what they were hired to do. Nothing more. The contractor from Cherokee made a call from my home after seeing the damaged wall to advise his boss. She told him to mud the wall and leave. I personally spoke with her and she said they couldnt do anything, even though they messed it up. Cherokee had every opportunity to repair my wall & hid behind Beazer to not be held accountable for the damage that Cherokees workers caused. Even though Cherokee was contracted by Beazer, Cherokee nor Beazer has yet to fix my wall. Cherokee has provided Beazer with a discounted quote of what it would cost to demo & repair my wall properly & it was quoted almost 50% less in coat than 3 other professional companies. My wall has been damaged for almost a year now, and I shouldnt have to pay the difference to cover the cost to fix my wall nor be ok with Cherokee entering my home after the damage theyve caused.
