On August 17th, 2024 at around 10:00pm, I placed an order online for five body oils from Original Skin Kulture. The price of the order was $39.96, and the order number is *****. I received a confirmation email on the order at 10:02pm. On Aug 31, I emailed about the status of the order, and didn't hear anything. I emailed again on September 10th, and I didn't hear anything. On October 2nd, the order was marked as shipped, but when I track the **** tracking number, the order has not be turned over to **** and is still marked as "pre-shipment." I have asked that if the order cannot be fulfilled to please refund my order. Emails are not responded to, and the number listed for the business goes to some guy that just got the number from *******.Initial Complaint

I placed an order july 5th 2024.. iam yet to receive my products after more than 3 months. I attempted to contact you and there has been no response or either I get an automated message saying text messages are disabled. There has been no communication and a refund was not offered after so much time. When I did email you I received an update saying a shipping label was somehow all of a sudden created on Aug 9th but no actual response from you. I work hard for my money and have kids to support . I need you to refund my money. You have stole money from so many people. I WILL be eventually filing a police report if there is no refund this month.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on August 17, 2024 with this business. I have messaged and checked on my order twice and the owner responded back saying that she will be mailing orders out. I have not received my order nor refund that I told her that I would like if I didnt receive my order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on July 8, 2024 totaling $113.18. I have ordered from this company several times over the years so as a result of that I was aware of longer than usual shipping times. When I did not get a shipping confirmation by July 25, 2024, I attempted to reach out to the company through the chat. I was asked at that time to be patient and this company assured me that my products would be shipped out as fast as they could. I was told that there were staffing issues and orders were backed up. I reached out again on August 9, 2024 and was given the same excuse. On that same day I received a shipping confirmation email stating that a shipping label was printed, however the postal service was awaiting package. When I did not receive an update by August 19, 2024, I reached out to the owner of the company once again to inquire about the delay. I was told at this time that the company was awaiting supplies and my order would be shipped out soon. My follow up question to the owner was, how did I get a shipping notification but my package has not been completed due to shortage of supplies. I received no clarification. Only a one word response "CAPS". I reached out several times after that. If I received a response, it was the same messages as before. Requesting my patience, orders would be out as soon as possible, owner is the only one working, and "life issues". The last time I had contact with this owner was on September 4, 2024. I reached out on this date to check the status. I was assured that my order would be shipped out that weekend, which was only a few days after that. It is now September 11, 2024 and I have not received my order nor any further communication from this company. I have tried to be patient, however, the owner's business practices are starting to look dishonest. On July 2, 2024, I ordered four bottles of body oil. I was charged $29.99, and signed up for a subscription with them that I did not agree too. 2 weeks after ordering I contacted and asked for an update on my order. I was told they were short staffed and to be patient. I contacted again several more times. It is now August 21, 2024. I have never gotten any products in the mail. I was provided a tracking number that has never updated. I've asked for more than a month to have that subscription canceled and the owner refuses to do so. The company has attempted to charge me 3 more times on top of my original order that I've never received a product for. Finally, today, I told the company I wanted a refund instead. I was told they had a 24 hour refund policy. Nice way to allow yourself to steal from people Skin Kulture. Just because you claim that is your policy, does not make it legal. I want my money back and I want this person to stop charging my card. This company has been doing this to everyone who places an order with them recently. This is reaching a level of federal fraud. Across all state lines. I would seriously look into this. I know you aren't the agency that arrests them per se. But this person is committing a crime just as much as someone who is selling drugs is. This person needs to be punished. No I have not turned them in to any agency aside from this one yet. I am, however, seeking to round up people to turn them into the feds with me. Not to sue them, but so that they get properly punished for the amount of theft across all states that this person is doing. I have not actually spoken to anyone yet, I have looked up the agencies I want to contact though. I said that to make this person understand what they're doing is illegal and the goverent will care about it once the right agency does hear about this.Initial Complaint

I made an order with Original Skin Kulture on July 5th, 2024. I received an order # and confirmation email and text. After over a week, I hadnt received a shipping confirmation. I reached out via email and text and the chat feature on their website. They finally answered a day later saying I had no order with them. I sent the screenshot of text and email confirmation of order. Then they apologized and said they were understaffed and asked me to wait a little longer. ************************************************** my product. I emailed again and they said they needed more time, last Friday 8/9/2024 I reached out again. Now they arent answering at all. I emailed again. No answer. Ive never received my product or the refund I requested. Id like my product or a confirmed refund. Messing around with peoples money and running a business is awful. You cant go over a month without any estimate of when you will send the product. The first time I ordered in 2022 they took awhile with no confirmation as well. Until I reached out. On June 29th, I ordered products from this companies website. Looking at reviews, most of them seemed genuine about how good these products are, etc. A week or so went by, and I noticed I had no tracking number or anything from the company. I went to their ******** page, and saw they had posted something stating that orders were backed up. They then asked could everyone please reach out to the chat feature on website to speak to them, that was the quickest way. I attempted that three times, and got no response. I then went back to their ******** page and then started to see numerous customers stating they too have not gotten their product, but the business were deleting their previous reviews / mentions of that. I then emailed them directly because I started to become frustrated. I got a response the next day, stating orders were still backed up and mine would ship out sometime that week. That was 3 weeks ago. Ive emailed them twice before since anf stating I want an refund and now get no response while they continue to be active on social media and film themselves, fulfilling orders. I made no mistake on my address I gave, I know the order went through because it is in my bank transaction history. Again, this company has done this multiple times, and quite a lot of people state this and try to engage with them on social media to just even get an answer and they delete this.Initial Complaint

July 3rd, I ordered 2 products from The Original Skin Kulture, I waited 2 weeks and on the 16th of July I reached out to check on the product. She had told me she was behind due to lack of staff so I waited another week, it did not come, I then messaged again and was told it would be here this week and I still have not received the items in my order.Initial Complaint

I purchased her products on May 5th, *** reached out to the seller inquiring if my order was even placed on 5/11/24, as I did not receive any information regarding my order. I checked her website for status, and the site indicated no order was on file. I reached out to the seller, and they indicated my order was in the system and should be shipped out on 5/13 or 5/14. I received the email on May 14 indicating that my order had shipped From their preferred service provider, *** however, when I checked the *** website, there is no tracking information, indicating my items will be delivered as if the items were never received at *** reached out to the seller. The seller indicated that they will look into it, and they will determine if products will be sent back, its going on 3 weeks since I placed my order and I dont have the products and the seller has completely stopped responding to me. I reached out to ****** and opened a dispute and I have not heard anything.Business response

The customer placed the initial order May 5th $42.58 USD was authorized on PayPal Express Checkout. 5:42 PM. We shipped her items May 14th. Which is within our 7-12 day production window as stated in her shipping guidelines.

We take 7-12 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to process as everything is handmade at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.None the less the customer opened a complaint with PayPal (even though we were within our shipping guidelines) and we refunded her order through PayPal even though she had already received her items. Also the only correspondence we ever received was via email 5/11 which we have included. Not sure why she complained even more since she received a refund plus the delivery.
