      12/17/21-Moped garage gets bike but not before it was suspiciously stolen the night BEFORE they were to pick up my bike for repair and it mysteriously ends up DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from moped garage. During police report the owner or main worker said everything is under warranty when asked to put a value of loss but to report it they needed an estimate which $500 was given by me w/o objection. Original purchase price was around $1600, the repair itself 4-7 hours *** and they took 7-8 MONTHS til they were done and finally able to bring me my bike, also days prior I spent almost $700 give or take on Mods/upgrades. NOT ONCE AFTER THE INITIAL CONVERSATION of repair was an amount discussed besides the initial warranty is covering it, AND AGAIN in January when my parts finally came in to finish the bike yet I was also asked to bring all the spare parts I had for some reason, was the narrative of warranty covering allbit changed, Or ever a time of me signing off on a now $1000 repair ever done, yet they proceeded to take 7-8 months until delivering my bike(mind you it initially took them 3 days to build) which during that time cost me $2,768 in transportation cost stemming from no alt trans provided, BUT THE KICKER IS WHEN THEY SHOWED UP WITH MY BIKE I WAS HANDED A BILL FOR $1000+ TO BE PAID BEFORE WE OFFLOAD IT yet I paid $1600 for it 3.5-4 weeks prior. Not once have they tried to reach out other than a text asking when to call, to which they never called, its 6/2023 =1.5 years. Im filing a violation to **** NEXT, then a lawsuit unless either A) full refund of bike is given OR B) my bike is dropped off with all my extra parts no questions asked and definitely zero exchange of money. Only offering these choices and if declined then Ill file a lawsuit thats grounds for business license expulsion under statues ***************** 16, chpt 87 and in accordance w/ chpt 91 and seek full compensation for all documented paid trips that couldve been avoided.

      Hello, 
      So i have been sick and didnt know there was a 7 day window. The salesman went above and beyond to make things right. So if there is a way to cancel it then i would like to do that. Otherwise if its perm, then to put my 2nd sentance as my official ending response. Thank you

      I bought the ***** electric ZiggyG5 in August 2021 for around $4400 from Moped Garage after the sales man said this was the scooter to have. ******* did fine firat ride or 2 then started having trouble with it turning off gave moped garage ample time to find issue and they said after having it a week or so and riding it they couldn't duplicate it. Si paid for the scooter to be brought back to me which you have to do each time when it has issues. So over the last year I have tried to ride it and the problem got worse and know stops and doesn't even turn over when battery is fully charged. Have been trying to find a solution to fix it or they offered to buy it back for half of what I paid. So I called customer service had been speaking with a gentleman in ***** who said he would help either get it fixed or replaced it is not even 2 years old and has less than 150 miles on it. His name is *********************** he works for ***** and he was helping until he started nor returning calls or messages. The scooter is a danger according to lemon laws in ******* I have given them numerous chances to contact me and fix the scooter and they haven't I want my money back.
