order number 2970 placed 10/25/21 price *******. MULTIPLE delays for various reasons (pandemic, supply chain etc) finally in 2023 1/2 of my order was received. after several emails, they stated the company went out of business, but offered to find me a loveseat that was similar. That never happened despite multiple phone calls and emails. I asked for a refund, several times. In Feb of 2024 they confirmed my address to which they could send my refund check. I still haven't received anything. I again left more messages and more emails--still nothing. I just want my money back please. I have the emails and the order receipt if needed. They have not ever denied I was owed either a replacement or a refund--they just have never provided either.Business response

Aloha,
Customer was refunded on our end via CC, but for some reason it did not go through, (EX: change of CC number/expired Card). we will be issuing a check to the customer for a refund.

To whom it may concern,
Several months have gone by and theres still is no resolution to this matter, even though they agreed to refund my money. I have attempted to call them and email them with no response.

I ordered and paid for a 6 drawer dresser on 8/25/23 and havent received it. I called and emailed Furniture Express Hawaii with no response. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.Business response

Aloha,
When this customer called to get a refund, it was issued the next day, on October 2nd, 2023.
She should NOT have cancelled her Credit Card, as we needed to get to her email and respond.
Her credit should have already hit her account, and she needs to call her credit card and let them know it was refunded.

Bought furniture online and goods never shipped, vendor never responded to email or phone calls. Filed a dispute with our credit card company to stop payment!!!Business response

We were in the process of moving our office and had no phone lines for several weeks due to permits/etc. Unfortunately, the item the customer ordered was on back order, which we notified the customer about, with no response. the customer needed the item sooner then the date it was going to ship and asked for a refund, which we provided.
