Date of service was Friday, April 22, 2022. I pre-paid online a 'deposit' of $50 ($53.74 w/ taxes + fees) and paid $250 ($268.66 w/ taxes + fees) for my service. In total I paid $322.40. I want to know why the deposit wasn't applied and now I'm actually questioning what the $50 'deposit' was for. It says on their website to submit a deposit to book an appointment, but the receipt says pre-payment, and I've seen elsewhere from the businesses emails this referred to as a booking fee. I would think a deposit should be applied towards the services, but if it was something else like a booking fee, then I was not aware of that and it is not clearly communicated to the customer. This practice seems deceptive. I've also tried to apply a $25 off coupon code that the business had emailed and texted to me to solicit business. I had noted this on my online reservation as they had instructed, yet this coupon code was not applied to the above total. I have attempted to reach out to the business twice and have not heard back from them. Also, they have in their business emails to customers that they accept other forms of payment with no added fees (Venmo, ApplePay) but when I went there and was to pay, they said only cash or credit card. I used my credit card and was charged an additional transaction fee. It's just frustrating that they provide this incorrect information to their customers and haven't done anything to correct it. I have all my receipts, emails, text messages if it is needed for proof. I have even emailed these documents to the business in hopes of finding a resolution but they has since ignored me and my attempts at contacting them. If anything, I just want them to be better and change so it doesn't further hurt their business and other ******************************************************* Makeup Center #************. The number listed on this claim for Face It LLC isn't correct.Customer response
