The property management company uses a third party application system (*******) which we had several problems with. We had two chats with technical support, which I'm attaching. We were directed to enter false information in order to exit a loop that the system put us in. I had further concerns that the system did not allow us to enter what we needed to in order to accurately reflect our information, and I sent a follow-up email to the Elevate Hawaii Management that day, outlining this concern and asking the management company to reply with questions on discrepancies, which I've also attached, and which was never answered.It is unethical and unprofessional to direct us to use the system in a certain way, take our application money and then reject our application based on those directions.I am requesting a full refund of the application fees for all four applications: *******************************, ******************** (primary applicant and tenant)***********************, ******************** (primary applicant's co-signer)River ***********, ******************** (secondary applicant and tenant)*************************************, ********************* (secondary applicant's co-signer)I also called the company directly, had a lengthy call describing the problems with an assurance that the property manager would return my call. That was over a week ago.
