Hello I contacted the 3rd party agency this business uses to sell tickets before the time of the event and explained to them that we were unable to attend the event because my grandmother was not doing well and they said they needed hospital proof in order to get a refund and when proof of her Covid test was provided they said they were still unable to provide my refund. I filed a dispute through PayPal as well and they said the business would be in contact when the business emailed me about a charge back I provided the information needed once again and they never responded. This business is inconsiderate and does not care about their customers and emergency situations and I would like a full refund for my purchase.Business response

I spoke with ***** and she said that we did not refund her money as she sent a Dr's note to Viator / Tripadvisor where she actually purchased her tickets from. Viator / Tripadvisor did not send us the note. I then told ***** if she could send me the Dr's note and I will speak with a manager there and help her with her refund. I told her that it is not us (Chief's Luau ) that is not refunding her. Yes, she brought tickets to Chief's Luau but she purchased them from a third party. We cannot refund money that we did not receive. So as of this moment I am assisting ***** with getting her refund from Viator / Tripadvisor. Everything has been canceled with Chief's Luau, it is Viator / Tripadvisor that needs to return her money. We are currently in the process with getting her refund processed with Viator / Tripadvisor.
