I purchased the Maya *** on Nov 6 2022 for $423.23 from the Slim Slays LLC website. I purchased the *** using Sezzle. I emailed the business on 20 Nov inquiring about the status of my order. I was sent an email with the following: Hi thank you so much for your order and yea we will be shipping out this week.I received an email from the business on 22 Nov confirming the order was shipped with a **** tracking number. I contacted **** on 7 Dec inquiring about the status of the package as the status was shipping label created. They confirmed the order was never received. I called the business on 7 Dec and spoke to whom I believe to be the owner and she confirmed that she had not shipped it yet and will ship on the 7th. I checked the tracking status today and it remains unchanged. This business is local and has had more than enough time to deliver the product. I would like assistance with resolving this matter as Im concerned I may never receive what Ive paid for.
