I purchased a 2023 Nissan Armada on June 29th, 2024. I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks and they reached out to me with a great deal on this car. I went and looked at it and since it has the rear entertainment system already in it, I decided to get this car. We did not get a tutorial on the entertainment system the day I bought it. My family could not get it to do what needed to do. You are supposed to be able to watch different things on separate screens. I took it to Nissan and the sales lady ***** tried helping me. We could not get it to work. I then took it to Sounds and Systems in ****** to see if they could help. He went thru it and found that you have to hook up something thru the **** to watch anything, which is not what i was told when i bought it. and you have to watch the same thing on both screens. I filed a complaint with Nissan and they had me take it to Lithia for them to look at. They had 4 mechanics looking at it and couldn't figure it out. Said it doesn't work like it says. It has a outdated entertainment system, that is not compatible. It has Sling, which does not work. I have asked them to purchase the vehicle back, as it is not what I paid for. They refused and Nissan corporate told me to bad. I have to live with it. Would like to return the vehicle as it is not what I paid for.
