  11/21 saw an ad for log splitter tools said to be ******** made and sturdy for up to 4 logs. ordered set at $125. 2wks later still no word from company about it so contacted PayPal for assistance. in 1wk get email stating order tracking number, said to be patient and that shipping slow. 2/23 use for 1st time & 2nd 2 1/2 log the large splitter breaks apart. I sent *** an email telling them that these items were useless and I requested a full refund and address to send back to, even sent them a picture of broken splitter. they said if I am unhappy with item to send back to them and theyll issue a refund but state no address. I sent another email requesting address. I receive email saying to send back in original condition & packaging at my expense to ***** & 14 days after they receive & deduct my cost of shipping they might refund me. The same information as another complaint youve received. These items advertised are light weight pop metal not wrought iron and not ******** made strong and with it broken I am sure I will not get a refund as per their instructions of sending back. Also shipping costs more than items costs. I would like my money back and the company shutdown for false advertisement and misleading information to customers.

  I purchased a wood kindling splitter from this store on 12/21/2021. I received the order but it was not what was advertised, not even close. Very cheaply made. When I contacted they said I had to ship back to ***** at my expense and once received theyd issue a refund minus the shipping costs. I said I wanted a full refund or the actual product I ordered and they stopped communicating with me. I spent $46.98 on a piece of junk and was completely tricked with a fraud of a product.

  Transaction Dec. 3 Received bent Received after Christmas Does not work as claimed (Ordered Large, cast iron wood splitter)Received cheaply welded together, bent piece of metal, too small to put a log in as advertised.We cannot use it.Asking that I pay the cost of sending it back to China.I realize that I have been had, do not want it happening to anyone else!
