Do not consign with this auction house. Items go missing. When I asked Curtis told me some items were disposed of. I was never informed he had the right to dispose of anything. I have done auctions for 40 years & had even been a loyal buyer for years from him. Yet he "disposed" of a vintage set of Club aluminum cookware and new items still in original packaging & many more items. Although his staff has been very nice through the years, you cannot believe a word Curtis says. He is a thief. If he rips off loyal customers, I can't imagine how much is taken from elderly people's estates.

I'm disappointed to be continuously accused of inaccurate allegations by such a long time customer. This Club cookware and new in package items were not among the few things disposed of during the catalog process. In fact, none of us even seen this Club cookware in your items. As I told you before, there was generic glassware (vases, etc.) and garage sale leftovers that were eliminated only because they had no value. We have handled close to ********************************** business and we put on a classy and successful auction for you using standard practices along with industry expertise. When I tried reaching out to you, you refused my phone calls and only sent rude and disrespectful text messages. I appreciate your kind words for my staff but even they are disappointed in these reviews and agree we did nothing wrong or out of the ordinary. You will be missed as a customer but it is time we part ways.

Do not buy from this auction house! The auction images were poor on this item so,before I bid, I contacted auctioneer for better pictures of this doll's face but he did not respond. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. Auctioneer advertised as "porcelain doll" He did not mention or show that the arm was broken and the body was melted somehow and the head was fused to the body. Did not show the feet (shoes missing bottoms). He won't give a refund. It's an obvious fake of an old doll, he didn't mention that. and he obviously set out to defraud the bidders. Other people bid too, I was just the unlucky winner.

I'm sorry you feel this way but we did not misrepresent anything here. And the doll was in the same condition when it left as it was in the photographs on our site. Your pictures also show both arms there though one is now disconnected (probably a dry rotted rubber band broke when you tried taking the dress off (as seen in your pictures). We did not undress the doll while cataloging as that is not standard practice. This seems to be a classic case of "buyer's remorse" at best and judging by feedback from other auctioneer's you seem to cause problems everywhere you bid. I still have not found an email asking for more pictures but who knows. Call, text etc to get ALL information about an item BEFORE you bid. If you can't get that info before it closes, don't bid/buy it. Also, these are our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when you registered. 1 should be noted. 1.
