I placed an order for a portable power station through Basspro made by Blackfire on 8/2. The order never updated the shipping or anything so I called Basspro. They stated that Blackfire, who manufactures the product, does the shipping and they do not provide them with any tracking or updates. I called Blackfire today or 8/8 to ask about the order. The lady took my order number, said she would check and call me back. She never called and they also will not respond to emails. I still have zero ideal about the order. Seems like a scam to me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The core problem was not addresses. The Lady I talked to on the phone is either a liar or like a bottle of coke ( empty from the neck up ), or both. The first time I called her she promised to call me back after checking on the order and never did. I called the next day and she promised to send an email with the tracking number which she did not do. Only after filing a BBB complaint and calling Basspro did she finally do something. She is a good example of what is going wrong in this Country. Someone feeling entitled to do and say whatever they want. She is an embarrassment to ***** tools and her actions and work ethic reflect very negative on ***** Tools!
