After 2 years I get a **** for the roof in which is not itemized or justified on how ******************* came up with the amount. Never got the warranty paperwork in which we sent in last year. Then I receive a threatening letter stating he is going to file a lien in which the **** is dated 4/5/2022. It hasn't even been 30 days and yet **** is demanding payment and threatening lien action. ************** handled this whole situation poorly and now is demanding payment after 2 years. I find this unacceptable since he will not return my calls, and won't send us an itemized ****. We were ghosted by **** so I feel it's only fair he works with us to get this resolved and stop threatening a lien which is c*** since he took forever to send us an invoice and doesn't even give us time to resolve. To emphasize we need the warranty documents and an itemized **** for insurance!Business response

Contacted **** and sent out invoice per request. **** stated that he would reach out to the insurance company for payment and once the payment was received it would be provided to A plus Roofing and Gutter.Customer response
