************************* came in from a DLP ******************* appointment. He came in from a couple of hours away and was bragging about how he could get a 3% rate at his bank and how he could buy anything he wanted. We worked the deal every way possible, but he did not have a credit score that any banks would approve. It was an exceptionally busy Saturday and his sales person, ***** stayed with him as much as she could. I went out several time to talk with him and explain the situation. He did not understand the tax, title, license, and fees such as Doc Fee, etc. Finally, after doing everything we could to get him approved I explained to him that it could not happen at this time. We shook hands and he went on his way with a smile saying, "Thank you for trying." I am assuming at this point he is just hurt or embarrassed that he could not get a bike and lashing out.
Regards,
