We took our car to get looked at as a possible trade. We had no issues with our car, no shaking, no engine lights, nothing wrong. We get our car back and it shakes, the engine light is on. They screamed at us to f*** off and leave their property with no explanation of what happenedBusiness response

Customer brought in a GMC Acadia to trade in I had my mechanic drive it in the seat was a paper from AutoXone with the codes they didn't know we seen it I called AutoZone and they told us they had just reset the codes on this vehicle and the customer said it was a lie they threatened us and now I wish I would have called the police it is a scam they tried to pull and when we wouldn't accept it as a trade they came back in yelling

I am rejecting this response because: we have NEVER had codes removed from that vehicle. We have more then 1 vehicle that is a GMC. And seeing a receipt means nothing. It means we take care of our things. We brought a car in that was totally fine and left with 1800 worth of damages the garage we took it to said was the dealership fault.

We purchased a vehicle from Blue Sky about 2 years ago- my son is looking to trade now and was told that its a salvage title. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that it has a clean title and have paperwork showing that. I am not sure what steps to take now, but I feel what they are doing is fraudulent. I dont want others to be in this position- we now have a car that is worth very little due to not having a clean title and that wasnt disclosed. I am not sure how the paperwork (title) can show otherwise.Business response

I bought a car from them and 2 weeks later it isn't drivable had the car for a week didn't drive it. When went to look at vehicle it didn't start. I almost crashed due to my car not being able to drive. I've also been to Midas firesto have the car work done in both places of saying that this car should have never been sold because there's so much wrong with it. I either like a new car or my money back. I'm a single mom and didn't need this type of problem now I'm paying over $800 just to get this car fixed and we don't know what the problem is because every time we fix it it just breaks againInitial Complaint

We purchased a vehicle for over $40,000 from here. We drove it home and immediately knew something was wrong with it and messaged the owner right away. We knew that the transmission was junk and he said he would help take care of it. He now wont answer or return any calls and we are stuck with a $9700 **** for a transmission that he wont replace like he said he would. He takes your money and says nothing is wrong with the vehicles when there is. This is theft!
