Tried to reach out to the business in question about them deleting my account with ******************. Tried by email twice, phone call once. This was on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. With their messaging system saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. It has been well over that time and no one has replied to the emails or called me back to resolve any of this. (I have another screenshot of the other email but I dont know how to change it to a jpeg or png)Business response

We had escalated the incident ****** reached out to us about to our development team, who has been investigating this. I included this information in my email to ****** and have recommended next steps to insure no points/rewards are lost.

Got gas at one of their location and got bad gas. My truck stop working. The bad gas missed up my fuel system. We had to get towed to a ********* in town. While at ********* they told us we had got bad gas. They also told us they couldn't do anything for that night. We were force to get a hotel room that wasn't cheap I should add. Had to deal with everything in the morning. Long story short our had to get towed to another *********. We were there all day. After that that ********* also said we had got bad gas and that Kum & Go was known for having bad gas. We had to rent a can and then had our truck towed to MN at $7.00 p/m. We were 260 miles from home, do the math. We had lost time from work and daycare for our youngest because of this. We called Kum & Go H.Q. and they very nicely told us to kick rocks, they weren't going to help us and said they would just see us in court GOOD LUCK!Business response

Tell us why here.. Review indicates no water showing in the tank at issue. **** gallons sold on the 13th.
Confirmed pump number and date sold with credit card. There were no other complaints or issues from anyone else. He did not speak to our headquarters. He was in contact with our insurance company and they explained the denial to him.Initial Complaint

I used my Direct Express card. I swiped it three times and it didn**;t go through. I asked my bank if it went through and they said it did. I spoke to the manager and asked if I could get my money back. I took the receipt. He said I could get a refund. They said corporate would call me back. They told me that it was up to the store. I still haven**;t gotten the $53.00 back. Address of the store where this occurred is ******************************************************.
