On October 24, 2021, my wife and I ate dinner at Louie's Wine Dive on University Avenue and charged $63.85 to our **** card. At time we ate, we joined the ****************** and picked up two bottles of the October monthly wines. On October 29, 2022, my **** card was charged $353.82 (card ending in numbers ****) for the full year membership in the ******************. I never received any communication from them in November or December, so I stopped by the restaurant on ******* 21, 2022. I was assured by the staff that I would be added to the email distribution list. I picked up four bottles of wine that the staff represented as the November and December monthly ************* wines. Since ******* 21, I have received no further communications from this restaurant, and I have not received any monthly wines for ******* thru June. At this point, I no longer wish to receive the wines, and just want a refund of 75% of my payment. I showed my credit card **** to the restaurant staff on ******* 21. If you a need a copy I will provide one to you.I sent a letter to the general manager on May 26, 2022, and I have received no response. Perhaps this is a "bait and switch" just to get people in the door of the restaurant. Please assist me in obtaining a check for $265.36, the unused portion of the ****************** membership.Business response

My name is ******************* and I am with Louie's Wine Dive here in **********. I have received a letter regarding a complaint from a *********************************. We have resolved this directly with the consumer and want to make sure this matter has been resolved on your end. From his story he signed up for a wine club where you are to pick up our wines at the store. He was under the impression we were to ship his wine to him directly. We have refunded the amount for the unreceived wines.
