      Folks, don't EVER, EVER go to **** Wright Nissan on ***************. ************. Never have I been so raked over the coals. The deception, the straight out lies. I went there for a second opinion, $1800 later my car was WORSE! The service engine light was on. I can't drive it on the interstate. I took it back in and was told the transmission was really bad and I NEEDED to have it worked on ****. They just worked on it. When I pressed them. They wanted to charge me for yet ANOTHER diagnostic run up. After one staff telling me they do one before then after. Then another telling me they NEVER do that. So after having my car for 8 hours, I was told the spark plugs were horrible and that's why my car was so bad. They gave me a quote of $500 to change them. But then also added a bunch of other stuff. My estimate was now over $2200. I tried talking to **** ****, supposedly the manager, (not sure of rhe spelling). He barely made eye contact and had me go to poor ******. He was a wreck. One could tell he, ******, was not liking the ** he was told to tell me. When I asked why the car showed WORSE, he said 2 different techs did the diagnostic. So I asked him which one was lying. They refused to make it right! Just don't go to **** WRIGHT NISSAN. Notice the before they had it (on the left), and after they FIXED) it! Dishonest, enethical, immoral dealership. Never trust them.       If there is a possibility to give no star I will go for that option. This dealership is involved in scamming people. From the sales manager ***** **** and ***** they don't care about giving an accurate or sufficient answers to customers questions. They are all liars and they are good at ripping off Africans. The manager ****, will say they don't do return which is a big lie because when you check their return policy it clearly stated they do accept return. The manager will accused you the customer of FRAUD after their sales man ***** has kept off necessary information towards the car deal. You the customer will explain your needs to *****, but due to their scamming techniques and lack of decency towards customers, he will never mention the important things when doing the paperwork. He only cares about the money not the customers. When you the customers will ask a question about a part of the documentation you don't understand, they will never explain to you and they will just tell you to just sign. **** Wright will sell you a car that is very dirty.Please my ***************** stay away from **** Wright they are good at scamming Africans and they will accuse you of fraud when you want to speak up for yourself. They will lie about their policy and when you asked to speak to higher *** they will never give you the right to talk to one because of they don't want higher *** to know about the scamming games.I think the BBB should investigate into them because they are not serving towards equal race and you get treated low once they realized you have a strange accent.If you are dealing with **** Wright please record all conversations so you can use it in the court of law to provide better evidence for yourself. STAY AWAY

      I recently purchased a wrx from **** Wright Subaru and it was great at first. Under 3k miles into ownership, the engine rod knock so according to the paperwork I was given, since the car was under 10k miles of ownership, the primary dealership, **** Wright, was to diagnose and perform the necessary repairs. Now I was out of state at the time due to visiting Family when this happened I called on the next available business day and got a front desk customer support personnel and was redirected to the service department who set me up with an appointment and I told them my situation being 160 miles away currently and needed to bring my car there due to warranty work needing to be done. I was once again redirected to someone else, unsure who since they did not answer, and instead was sent to a sales associate. No true fault to them, since they should not have been handling the issue but I was told to read my warranty and if I have insurance use them to tow the vehicle. Being frustrated I did give up on trying to get the dealer to cover it but multiple people at the dealership were aware that my engine had an issue and needed to be addressed. I canceled my service and was never once reached out to by anyone to see if I had resolved my issue which left a bad taste. Come ************************************************************ the shop for an engine replacement, clutch pedal, clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel replacement, I bring it back to **** Wright due to turbo and clutch issues since I am back in Iowa and I explain the situation and they didn't have any loaner so they put me on a list to be the first to get a loaner. After not hearing anything after the first day I drive back and talk to them again, not loaners once again, the worst part being the service manager told one of the techs quietly tried to hide it from me, "didn't we give out a few loaners today". I was completely forgotten about. 142 days of ownership, under 100 days of being able to drive my car
