Our *** that we purchased from them has been having engine issues. The check engine code that is coming up is P1326. This is covered under a class action settlement through **** This is the SECOND time we have taken the car back to McGrath to have this fixed in less than 6 months and they refuse to do anything to fix it. Now, we have been trying for TWO DAYS to get ahold of them and get answers but they will not answer our calls or call us back. They just want us to pick the car up and leave them alone. This is something this is covered by *** under the recall/class action but McGrath is refusing to do their job or help us, and I am completely fed up at this point. This is not something we can, or should have to, pay for. Why are they avoiding us and refusing to do the RIGHT thing?Business response

We understand the frustration that ***** is experiencing due to the recurring engine issue and check-engine code. We want to assure that we take these concerns seriously, and we apologize for any inconvenience that has been encountered.
The P1326 code in the *** at hand falls under a class action settlement by ***. To qualify for reimbursement from ***, the vehicle must meet several very specific criteria.
