My *** was sending me in for blood work. I was told I had to go to a genetic counselor. The *** was having trouble figuring out the computer system and thought she had found a work around. I was seen by a *** in Neurology and informed that my *** had sent me to the wrong place. He then got me sent to the correct place with a different genetic counselor. At the end of my meeting with the 1st genetic counselor I mentioned that I was not happy about being billed for the service I didn't get. The ** informed me he would be able to have it removed and I should not be billed. Not only did I receive a bill but The *** made sure it went through. I feel he should be held to his word.Business response
