Purchased new flooring from Kluesner's. They came out and installed it. While installing it the installer cut out pass a corner two inches and we could not cover it with the trim. I was not satisfied and called them. They tried to just glue it together, but I told them that is not going to work. The manager told me that he wished I called earlier so that way the glue wouldn't have setup. I told him if his installer would have admitted he messed up, the install could have ripped it back up right away. Kluesner ordered new flooring and came back out about a week later and ripped out the floor. In the process of ripping out the new floor they ruined the new underlayment that I had installed new before the first laying of flooring. Kluesner's put floor leveler down and tried to fill in the grooves before they laid the second flooring. Now that the second flooring is in, there are dips in the floor, bubbles showing up in the floor and holes in my wall. I did give them a $500 down payment before this was all started. I talked with the owner of Kluesner's, and they are basically washing their hands of my project. I did receive a **** in the mail on April 22nd for just the flooring and no labor and they are still charging me an extra $100 to install the flooring that is not install correctly.First flooring was laid on March 30th, 2022 and the second on April 11th, 2022.
