Very sloppy workmanship did not protect siding, windows and plants from falling debris.did not ************* when arrived , put on wrong color.roofing crew had wifes and children running in yard and neighbors yard. Managed to break front porch swing. Did not put satellite dish back in right spot . Very disorganized. Didnt even have long enough ladder, used home owners.

We definitely dropped the ball on this project, we feel that we worked with the client to satisfy them by working out an agreed upon amount of compensation. ($$$)Heres the long read:The ladder issue:When the crew arrived to the property without a tall enough ladder. We instructed them to begin work on the lower portions of the home and we would get the correct ladder onsite for the upper elevation. In the meantime the homeowner offered his ladder up for use, as it wasnt an issue at the time. Protection of yard:We covered the ground on both sides of the house with tarps as this property is not your typical yard and had no access for an ******** RB4000 unit. We really pride ourselves on protecting customers property and love using the RB4000 unit to catch debris that falls off the roof Before it hits the yard. The color issue:As soon as we received a phone call from the client stating the wrong color was being installed we shut the install down. After discussing options with the homeowner including tearing off what was installed and installing the correct color the homeowner chose to keep the project going and received a discount in the overall cost of the project.Satellite dish:Small note about The satellite dish. we discussed with the client that removing 2 layers of roofing and installing a new roof would most likely result in them needing to contact the dish company to reset the dish as a swift wind can knock out the satellite signal therefore removing an entire shingle thickness would definitely affect the dish signal.Unknown damaged property:It really hurts us to know The front porch swing was never brought to our attention. We will be reaching out to the client to get that taken care of.If youve made it this far please understand that we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work with any customer until they are satisfied unfortunately in this situation it seems that we felt we had satisfied the homeowner. We agree that we didnt give them a 5 star job. We disagree that they received 1-star service.*************************** - Owner
