Started membership on 10/10/2022. Trial period was confusing as 1 date was said but another given. Last day using membership was 10/18/2022. Contacted 10/19/2022 to cancel and was verbally told it was taken care of. I changed jobs where I am not able access to phone/email/text regularly so wasn't aware that membership wasn't cancelled. Was being charged for membership which I thought was an accident or the $250 fee (if I didn't cancel it time) but they kept charging me. I contacted location once I was able to and was told that there was a 3 day cancel policy which I wasn't in when I cancelled and that I would have to mail a written cancel which takes 30 days to process which I will still be responsible for membership dues during. I just want the membership canceled without any further fees owed. I don't even want a refund as I should have caught on that they didn't cancel it as I was led to believe.
