Didn't perform proper repairs which damage new parts that were purchased. Proceeded to tell me it wasn't like that before when I have proof that it was. Was very aggressive and threatening towards me when I addressed them about the situation. Charged too much money for the work that was done.

This person wasn't even the customer we worked for, AND the work was completed in April with nothing said until august, the vehicle in question is a rural mail vehicle that gets thousands of gravel road miles put on in a few months.

The vehicle in question was brought in with a vibration, we diagnosed it as needing several brake and suspension parts as well as there being a possibility of other parts needing replaced that we were unable to diagnose given how worn the rest of the parts were. We strongly recommended that the customer did not fix the vehicle as the repairs needed would be more than the vehicle value. She decided to fix the vehicle anyway after informing her that there may be other unknown issues and it wasn't worth fixing. When the complainer first called i told him if he brought the vehicle in we would be more than happy to look at it, instead he began getting aggressive on the phone and insulting my mechanical ability as well as our companies integrity. This person went on to explain that he would have done the repair himself but they weren't getting along at the time, states he knew of issues with the vehicle. Our customer did not inform us of any known issues other than a shake/vibration, therefor that is what we diagnose. The vehicle in question was also packed full of mud underneath making it nearly impossible to inspect every single piece of the undercarriage which is why we informed ****** that there may be other issues that are unknown. I am more than happy to email a copy of the original invoice for the repairs completed in April to be compared to any other repair shop around, showing that our prices are very fair and we have one of the lowest labor rates in town.
