I ordered some shirts online through my employer and received 2 out of 3. I contacted CCC when the package had arrived missing 1 shirt. They replied the next day, April 28th 2022, saying that they had missed the qty 2. They apologized and said that they will ship the missing shirt that day, I live in Cedar Rapids **, they are based in ********* **, I figured give them a few business days to get it to me. On may 10th I still had not received anything so again I emailed them, I got a response 2 days later, On Thu, May 12, 2022 at 8:06 AM **************** <*********************************> wrote:I am sorry **** only our 3x came in stock last week, Do do expect the 4x on Monday and will ship you out on that day for sure,THank you for your patience ************* I emailed again May 19th at 9:36am CST. I have yet to get a response. I checked and I was billed for all three shirts. I ordered these on 4/19/22. Over a month to receive all my shirts? Being told on 4/28/22 that it would be shipped out that day AND them not contacting me? This is not how business is done in my view.
