Ordered three items. Only received 2. Have been emailing back and forth with them for about 6 months and still havent received my missing item. I want all my money back for such a terrible experience and customer service.Business response

Placed order # ***** almost 3 months ago, received confirmation, and had no further movement on the order. Contacted customer service ~6 times with no resolution. They stated they would refund my order, but I got no confirmation of that nor a refund. I honestly dont think this is a real company.Business response

*************************** is non existent. They tell you to reach out via instagram or their website chat box, neither of those gets you anywhere. You can e-mail a random email address but I've tried 5 times there too. No responses. Waiting on an order i placed on black friday. Its January 9th.Business response

Hello! Order was partially fulfilled so we refunded the stickers for the customer, and are now in contact with them in our emails. We check emails and instagram chats regularly so I am assuming this one fell through the cracks which we will work to fix, thanks!Initial Complaint

I purchaced a shirt for $31.90 on September 9th 2022. The shipping was taking a while so I messaged the company via Instagram to please cancel the order since shipping was taking a while and I was no longer interested in the prouduct. I received the shirt around October 8th and emailed the company again to start a return and get a refund on the prouduct. I had never gotten any kind of message or email back from the company and I still want to do the return.Customer response

Hey there, I am notifying you that I have responded to the complaint on my business from *********************. I am awaiting her response but it just seems to be an email we missed and are working asap to resolve this issue. This seems to be an anomaly in our practice and we apologize.
