      I purchased 3 shirts from Elle & Emmy online on May 10, 2024. None of them fit. I emailed twice about requesting a return. I received a response on May 24, giving me the address to return the items for a refund. I have been emailing them since the middle of June, asking when to expect my refund. I did spend $8.85 to mail the items back, and have sent the tracking number through **** **********************, proving to them that the return was delivered to them. I sent them a screenshot of this confirmation from the **** tracking site. I have emailed over and over again and have gotten no response.

      I purchased a T-shirt from Ell and **** for $14.99 in mid April. The advertising was via ********* My order #**** was confirmed in a text sent to me on 4/18/24. Delivery estimate was Mon. 4/29-Tues. 4/30. I never received a tracking number for shipment status. Since early May, I have made numerous attempts to contact this company by phone, ************** I did finally receive one email reply on 5/28, apologizing that the order was shown as an in store pickup & asking me if wanted a refund or the shirt. I replied back requesting the shirt if it was still available. No response from them. I have tried sending 3 more emails with no response & no receipt of the product.

      Purchased a shirt and sweatshirt on 05/01/2024. Order number is 3158. Received a shipping confirmation on 05/02/2024 Shipping confirmation appeared to be invalid so I reached out to them on 05/08 They said they would send another ASAP on 05/09 Since then, they have not provided a new shipping number, they have not responded to multiple attempts to emails and phone calls.

      Ordered ******************* on 11/25/23 order #****.Paid total $44.79 (***** + 5.00 S&H for sweatshirt)The sweatshirt was delivered with incorrect spelling. I reached out on 12/16/23 and they offered a replacement or a refund. On 12/17/23 I responded that I would like a replacement. I have not heard from them since. I've followed up numerous times since then with no response.
