6/07/2022-Inspection of roof by ****************************06/10/2022-Estimate for cost, labor and materials provided by and signed by **************. Estimated time 3-4 full work days to complete. Took almost two and a half months, needed to redo estimate twice. Final estimate was *******. ************** was very flighty with his schedule, and left the premises without discussing anything with me verbally or through text or email stating the job was completed. 02/26/2023-First contact made by myself to ************** regarding personal life. No mention of invoices.03/07/2023-Contacted ************** regarding another potential job, receive finalized invoice from ************** on 09/19/2023. ************** requires any person of trade to provide a finalized, itemized invoice within 120 days up to six months from project completion. ************** failed to do so.03/31/2023-************** contacted me via text regarding payment, a dispute ensues, and I agree to pay 50 dollars biweekly until paid in full from finalized estimate.12/14/2023-Received another invoice from ************** for different amount due, this time taking out hourly wage. 12/19/2023-Lionheart *************** does inspection, is sending my photos, stated ridgecap up on top of the house is unfinished, shingles were placed incorrectly and will need to tear down entire roof and start over. Estimated cost is still pending at this time, but there is a repair they can do in the meantime for $200.00 until Spring/Summer ****. Amount paid to ************** that includes the roof inspection payment for which is stated to use towards the new roof which it was not: ********.************** also failed to take and send photos of the roof at the time of inspection which is required per the the roof inspection form stated on backside. I did not sign any documents, and ************** has continued to harass, bully and gaslight me for payment. ************** failed to also sign, date and time the Roof Inspection form. I also have bank statements in support of payments made.
