Purchased an 770IC infrared conveyor dryer belt for $255.00 on June 22, 2021. I was charged an additional $120 on my credit card for services unknown. I also received the wrong size belt for my oven because there was an update on the OmniCure Oven product I purchased years ago. Printa Systems agreed to special order the correct size belt at the cost of the belt I purchased already per ***************************. ******************** on February 25th, 2022 emailed me that the item had been special ordered. Time lapse between order and receiving the item was because it was om back order for almost a year. I was emailed that a new belt WAS SPECIAL ordered. I was given a time of a few weeks, but it was in production. When I contacted them about the belt, they said they hadn't received my emails and ******************** no longer works with the company. Since then, I have contacted them for updated status and got the proper emails to use according to the receptionist. She was going to contact the person that manages things now and contact ******************** because he was still available to speak with. I've heard nothing. I have sent many emails to ALL emails provided and have records of all this. STILL NO update or BELT has been acknowledged of being ordered. I paid for the item and have the wrong item. I need the correct item for my Omni Cure Oven I purchased from Printa Systems. They are the only ones who carry the parts to replace. Would also like a refund or credit with company for the $120 extra unknown charge.
