March 9th 2023 My fiance ended up paying $390 for a one night stay. They also took a $150 security deposit that was never discussed when I initially called and it is also not listed on their website. We were able to upgrade one night to a king sized room for ($60) extra dollars Then during second night when we moved back to the economy room that we had originally booked not knowing it was the size of a walk in closet and literally right next to the front desk it wasn't much better. We left before noon our second day, we were supposed to stay through Sunday. The shower was unbelievably hot, and the water came out so pressurized I couldn't stand in it, the room was very hot and the air conditioner didn't work. We ended up having to leave but were still charged for the two nights we couldn't stay which seems very unreasonable considering the hotel is in a highly touristed area and I'm sure they were able to relist the room as I heard the front desk clerk talking to a few customers about booking a room. The room was falsely advertised as having a queen sized bed when it infact had a 'full' sized bed, and again there was no discussion about the $150 security deposit before I made the 3 hour drive from **** to ***** to stay in the hotel.
