Contacted Boise Clean Air on 9-6-23 to schedule to come and clean our house ducts. Company sent their technician, Jake, to do the duct cleaning. This took place on 9-14-23. At time ducts where cleaned and we were offered an Lifetime electrostatic filter size 20x25 inches, for $129.00, which we agreed to add to the bill. Total fee for entire service was 1039.00 which the price of the filter was included in that total. We paid full the service and the filter in full that day via check, which has cleared our bank account on 9-26-23. We were told that we would get this filter in 3-4 weeks. When it did not arrive in that time period, I called the company to get an update and did reach a person by the name of **** who stated that he was going to check with customer service and would get back to me that evening or the next day. This was on 10/11/23. We never heard anything back. Called and left messages on 10/13, 10/17, 10/19. No return calls. We are wanting either the money back that we paid for the filter or the electrostatic filter delivered. Our itemized receipt was handwritten on a Idaho clean air work order form (attached). Advertisement, scheduling was done by Boise Clean Air. Check was written to Boise Clean Air
