Deceptive Advertising Through Uber ****** *********** is advertising $5.00 fun cards on select meals and isn't providing those gift cards when the food is delivered. Repeated issue; 4 times. Company is also not providing all the food/drinks that is ordered this has happened all 6 times. For the $5.00 fun card on the kids hamburger company has "conveniently" removed that food listing today. I have contacted this company 3 times and have only heard back one time as they still not have followed through. See attachment with full details on last email sent on March 31st that has not been responded to even though the "auto response" says one business day.Customer response

The company Big Al's did end up sending me the funs cards today in the mail so we can consider this complaint closed. I will say there was no apology or a written response back from Big Al's. Just two gift cards in an envelope.
