This office failed to bill my insurance and are now billing me for a service that my insurance would have paid. I notified them of a change of insurance and they verbalized understanding but did not bill. When i contacted them, they said it is not their responsibility to verify insurance. To me that does not make sense. They need to write off this bill.Initial Complaint

Sept. 7th 2022 Aesthetic Smiles *********************************************************************** I was conned into a loan. I signedloan docs thinking it was permission to check my credit. The next day I received loan docs in the mail and I freaked out. I texted ****** who set this whole thing up and she said its too late the funds already funded. $25,000.00!!!!!! I got in touch with ******************* to let them know I told the dentist associate not to take any money out of that loan. I made it clear via text with ****** also. I asked her to submit the charges to my insurance and they were denied. The claims person at ****************** explained to me I was out of network and all doctors dentists etc. know this and should have let me know. I asked ****** twice if I was covered before my appointment. She said absolutely you are covered. The claims person also felt that the charges were fraudulent and they were opening a fraudulent case. In the meantime ****** continued to harass me ( via text) about my pmt. Of $1500.00. I kept in touch with the bank and told ****** for the millionth time not to touch the loan money I had started procedures per the bank to cancel the loan. I asked again what are my charges ****** AGAIN via text told me $1500.00. They submitted to my insurance $2550.00!! Nothing matched up. I was going to have to ask my sister for the money but in the meantime after ****** via text practically threatened me holding the loan over my head that if I didnt pay the $1500 she would take the $1500.00 out of the loan. I told her not to do that and I could come in Friday with pmt. I went in with a check for $200.00 as a good will pmt. Until I could get the rest in a week. The girl took my check and gave me a receipt with NO description for $2,550.00!! Thats the amount they were trying to get the insurance to pay. I called the police when I got home sobbing on the phone. They said it was a civil case. I called 2 lawyers who never returned my calls. The $ has not been reInitial Complaint

I went to have a tooth pulled. They gave me xrays and a check up and said I need 2 teeth pulled and other dental work. They gave me a tablet to sign and what it said was ****$ worth of dental work ***** now for the teeth pulled. I signed. At no time did they tell me that I was going to be billed that **** at **** a month for 6 months.At no time did they ask if I could afford that. At no time did they discuss my Insurance or what options I might have.A month after paying for my two teeth being pulled they took another **** from my bank account.I called and told them this is not what I wanted,they put me in financial hardship and I need that money back. It has been two months and nothing. Its is there billing practices and dental contracts and lack of explanation I have a problem with.
