Description: I took my pup to the emergency vet for stomach pain. They misdiagnosis the issue and provided medication that was not properly prescribed. They **** near killed my dog for a carprofen overdose because they had no direction on how much to give him. I gave him 4 times the amount. They admitted to the error and immediately did blood work. His liver and kidney functions are fine. I did take my pup to his normal vet, and she was not happy at all with what we experienced. I would like them to refund my money of $989.00 due to this negligence and the overall experience. The amount of stress was unbelievable because this pup is my baby. If anything would have happened to him, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself. They acknowledge they did things in error but still, the amount of money and time, and stress. They need to be responsible for this error, and they should have offered me a refund, but they did not. If there is anything we can do, that would be great.
