We had ***** and his apprentice here for two days to fix a double leak in our condo bathroom. It was a botched job done less than 3 years ago by our installer. The fix was difficult and required ingenuity, patience and skill. Thanks to our professional, the leak is fixed with no damage to our condo and a careful clean up of the unit below us. **Beware read first** If I could give less than 1 star I would. They have done 3 repair jobs for our company. We had a leak in the wall recently from a ball valve they replaced 4 months prior. The owner just got nasty on the phone with me and I had to fix it myself. That resulted in me cutting out the drywall, cleaning mold, replacing clients drywall, floor and trim. I have all the invoices to prove it. They take twice as long to do the job as they should. I actually worked for them briefly. I quit when the owner cussed me out for resetting 3 toilets too quickly and they couldn't **** enough hours. I was there when they went into a ******* and called in an upgrade (an increase in price approval) to remove a urinal to fix a clog and they didn't have to. I had to sit in the van in the parking lot countless times to run up billable hours. I've sat in staff meetings where the owner talks about how they are just big corporations and have tons of money and they make him wait on money that you aren't s******* them because they have millions of dollars, so don't feel bad. This was amongst the many reasons I quit. The plumber I rode with quit shortly after me and can back up this whole story. I have invoices for the work completed, pictures of the damage. Payment for the service. There's nothing disputable about what I said. Do you want to hire someone like this. They will respond categorically dening all fo this lol go figure. But there's not a statement above that I can't have backed by my company, his family, his plumber, public records, etc. Be my guest to prove what I'm saying isn't true. I simply want to stop this man and this company from s******* people over. Please understand the rate is one thing and that rate is multiplied by the hours it takes to complete the job. Charge 10% less per hour and take twice as long well you do the math!
