      Purchase set of wheel bearings on 8/3/2024 .they were the wrong size for the asile.went to return them on monday 8/5. Was told to come back tomorrow. It took awhile to do a return and they were short handed.went back on Thursday to return them. Sales manager told me that they won't refund my money,because he said that we agreed on that they were the right part.so it's not there fault. We did verify that the bearing did fit in the hub,but never did we ever agree or verified the axle size. So the bearings I was sold and was told would work. But didn't, there were to big foe the axle. Yes I agree on the bearings g fitting in the hub,but never did me or my friend **** that was there at the time every verify or agree that the ones trailer plus sold use were the right ones or right axle size. Think if the parts manager telling me that they should ,but they dont. Parts manager told me that I should list them an amazon,or something like that and try to sell then ,that they won't give me a refund.never was told that b4 I bought them. And he never verified that we agreed on them being the right size for axle like he said.i **** a witness that can verify that we never agree that the bearing was the right size to fit axle,just agreed that bearing fit hub,not the axle.they sold me the wrong part now they won't refund my money. Plus the part they sold was scattered in the box the other one was In a zip lock baggie with grease on the out side like it was already open and some just threw back in a box,like the were going g to use it but was the right one.

      Puchased a trailer on 4/26. Got the vtrailer home (daytime) and loaded up a vehicle. Brought trailer home for a second load, it was now dark. One of the lights inside the trailer doesn't work. Was told there was undercoating on the trailer. There is not. Found many spots of rust that were not immediately noticeable on the lot. There is also a dent in the trailer. Called the dealership and was told "we have you on camera inspecting it." This is not true, as we were told the lights would all work when plugged into truck and truck was turned on. Have called the dealership multiple times. I am told we cannnot talk to anyone else but the manager there. Also was told on 4/25 to bring cash for the purchase. Was told to bring the exact amount, which we did. At the location on 4/26 we are told they can't take over $10,000 in cash and I would need to put $350 on my card. Sounds like someone is pocketing money to me. The trailer we purchased is now showing as sold on the website for over $12,000. Was told that's "just how the computer system works". At the store we were trying to decide between at 16 ft or 20 ft trailer. Was told at 16 ft was $9500 and a 20 ft was $10,500. There are no 16 ft trailers on the website listed for that price. They are all in the $7500 range. So, we were lied to multiple times during the transaction.

      trailer warranties, and will repair all issues covered by warranty on Mr. ********************************************* has called **************** on numerous occasions to schedule an
      appointment to inspect his trailer and to identify any issues that require
      repair. **************** has not returned TrailerPlus calls. We will be happy to work
      with **************** to remedy any warranty issues as soon as he is able to
      schedule an appointment.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      First, I am a female (not mister). Second, I have never gotten any calls or text messages from anyone at Trailer Plus. My husband has gotten one phone call and three text messages. He responded to two text messages. 

      My husband and I have asked them to come pick up the trailer for the repairs and they have refused. We informed them the date that we contacted them we would not be able to bring the trailer in immediately for repairs. My husband and I welcomed the arrival of our first child on May 21. She was born prematurely and has had several appointments. The trailer has been dropped off to be repaired. However, I was told the undercoating was not covered under warranty. There is no undercoating on the trailer, but we were charged over $2000.00 for the undercoating. I was told that there was undercoating on the trailer and was shown a spray can. That is what he said they used for undercoating. It was clearly not undercoating. I was also told it will take quite some time to repair the trailer as "everyone quit". 

      I also sent a text message about the charges to my credit card and never got a response to my message (I can provide proof if necessary). We brought in the full amount to pay for the trailer in cash. We were told they could not accept anything over ****** in cash. We were told we had to charge an amount to a card and then were charged fees. We were never told about these fees. When my husband asked, he was told there are signs everywhere. There are no signs, nor were we told about the fees (I am sure they have since put up signs).

      Bought feb16 was told it was a new trailer from the factory.When I got home I went to start water proofing the floor when I spotted many regularities with the Craftsmanship. Problems that could end in a deadly accident.The manger of the ******* store wanted me to bring it back so they could rebuilt the trailer on my dollar.I paid for a new trailer give me a new trailer or give me my money back.

      Hello, I made an appointment multiple appointments with trailers plus to fix my trailer that I bought & is under warranty. They did nothing to it again & is still not fixed & wasted my time again. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything ??

      Hello , I *************************** , recently purchased a manufactured Trailer from Trailers plus in ********* . *** date of purchase was on july 26th 2023 *** identification of the manufacturer is interstate trailer **** my trailer vin#4RATU161RK092219 Curb weight **** Trailers plus corporate office ************** However i was told by the sales team located @ trailers plus it would be a addquit style trailer to meet my needs of my side by side (uTv) *** communication was never provided on how the latches work under pressure , 1) *** design of the trailer does not work properly when its under pressure,*** UTv is 2k pounds ,*** trailer should hold up 7 Tons , i feel that the rated rate as per stated of the manufacturer tag , i believe it to be a faulty Hydraulic cylinder is not adequate for the design , I text TP and they said it might need to be adjusted , It increases the intensity to cause a enormous pressure on the latches when uncoupling causing , harm to the hand . 2) *** design of the fenders and the fasteners of the fenders , *** fender ***** are held on with just two bolts , ***y can fall off any time due to vibration of the road , I feel it should be welded, or if not well that they should have a strap just in case the mechanical parts fail , ***y can fall off while driving as they did mine, I left the facility in 30 minutes down the road that fell off, causing a major hazard on the highway 3) Bracket above latch needs to be cut out , it creates an adequate space and puts ur fingers in a vulnerable position to unlatch the trailer , the design of the latches tension cant be to spec , I as a consumer was told that the trailer would adequately fit my utv and it does not . because they did not have what i wanted in inventory they sold me the tilt trailer , i would like the trailer i originally went to purchaseTge brand i bought is not reputable, its super dangerous

      I have took my trailer back to this place 2 times now and waited for 2 hours and they done nothing to fix the issues at all with the doors. I am wasting my time and the trailer is leaking with them not fixing it

      2022-2023 winter it snowed about ***** inches and caused the roof of my 20' trailer to collapse about 4-5 inches. I have contacted the company Trailers Plus several times to get some answers about warranty and/or repair and was told the warranty does not cover snow loads and repairs would be 6-9 thousand dollars. I paid 10 thousand for the trailer brand new. They said the repairs they make would reinforce the roof so it is less likely to collapse in the future and my question is why didn't they build the roof initially with reinforcements? They didn't offer to help with the cost of repair. I am not happy with how they treat the customers after the purchase is made. Be weary of the trailers that Trailers Plus sells. They don't hold up very well to the elements.

      I went to trailers plus in ****** ** to buy a trailer a day or two before Christmas 2022. I wanted a 2022 7x16 carry on patriot model but upon inspection it appeared the roof had leaked prior. Next best thing was the 2022 7x16 Interstate loadrunner. I bought trailer with warranty. We drove home on icey roads to ********* ** after buying and after getting home we loaded our fourwheelers in it for the winter and parked it in our storage unit lot. We used the trailer 8 times over the last 4 months in which the roads were wet twice, once coming home from purchase an one other instance. Upon my inspection after pulling it out of storage this spring there is substatial rust and paint chipping thru out trailer frame and trailer tongue, the doors and all around the doors basically anything black on the trailer minus the rims which are from a different company. I contacted trailers plus for the warranty claim and provided them with proof of rust and paint chips like they require. The salesman told me i would have to come to Casper with trailer to get refund after the claim was settled, I told him no problem. Three weeks later salesman calls and says sorry for taking so long to get back to you and by the way your claim was denied and gave me no reason. He then stated if I was ever close to ****** ** to stop in and they would touch it up with spray paint. I'm 4 hrs away and never go that way other than to buy that trailer I told him. I did not spend ******* on a brand new trailer with warranty to have it start rusting after four months of owning it and have it "touched up" by a shop thats not a certtified paint shop. He said he would reach back out to interstae trailers a week ago now and nothing

      This complaint is regarding the purchase of the new 7 x 16 Tandem Axle Trailer, VIN ***************** in the amount of $5,324.41 on April 7th, 2023, per attached invoice # TRPL02-54156.After the transaction was complete upon further inspection of the trailer, I observed several defects with the trailer that were covered up by dirt and water marks. There are multiple areas on the trailer that have chipped paint and rust that were not noticeable during my initial inspection. I was under the impression I was buying a new trailer and did not realize I needed to inspect for such defects. Please see the pictures attached in exhibit A. When I returned to the lot approximately one hour after the purchase to ask the manager to swap out the trailer for one without defects, I was instructed that I signed the inspection waiver, and all sales are final. As mentioned, I was under the impression this was a new trailer, and such defects would not be present.
